Juan Manuel Boselli became a Certified Accountant and obtained his degree in Management from the University of Economics UBA in 1997 and 1999, respectively. In December 2015 he was appointed General Administration Director of the Ministry of Economy of the Province of Buenos Aires.

He has served as Administration and Finance Manager of Finance Provincia Microempresas SA, Provincial Director of Goods and Services under the General Secretary of the Interior, General Administration Director of the Ministry of Tourism, Provincial Director of Federal and Municipal Coordination at the Ministry of Economy, Advisor to the Tax Revenue Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires, General Administration Director in the Honorable Senate of the Province of Buenos Aires, General Administration Deputy Director of the federal Ministry of Social Development and Environment and Commercial director at the Provincial Institute of Lottery and Casinos.
