Nora Silvana De Lucía is a Lawyer and a Notary Public, who graduated from the National University of La Plata in 1994 and 1995, respectively.
At the provincial level, she was in charge of the small, medium and micro-sized businesses Undersecretary of the Production Ministry between 2008 and 2009. She was a Cabinet’s advisor and Provincial Director of Regional Development in the Secretary of Municipal Affairs from December 2007 to 2008.
At the federal level she acted as legal counsel to the Cabinet’s and Parliamentary relations Office between 2003 and 2007. She has also provided legal counsel for the Institutional Reform and Democracy Strengthening Project and coordinated the Social Security Committee in 2002 and 2003.
During 2002 she was the UNPD legal counsel for the “Institutional Strengthening Project".
In the private sector she has provided legal counsel to various unions.
She has also been legal counsel and attorney-in-fact to various important enterprises.
She did a Master in Corporate Law the Universidad Austral in 2001; train-the- trainers course held by the IADB in 2003; Courses in trust funds, Securitization and Capital Markets at the Universidad Austral in 2004 and in trust funds at the Martorell’s firm of attorneys in 2005 |
